Here's a video of last year's Halloween Training which took place at Karaté de L'Île.  This year's Halloween Training was a crazy good time as well.

In 2013, the Canadian Junior Kyokushin Championships (our annual tournament for juniors) was held at the Bob-Birnie Arena in Pointe-Claire.  This allowed us to provide an even better tournament experience for all involved.  In addition, Sensei John donated part of the proceeds to the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre in Beaconsfield.  It was another very memorable edition of the CJKC and we would like to thank everyone for their support.  Osu!
